Thank God for the Sense He Gave Us

I love a natural remedy as much as the next one. Taking brave sips of slippery elm, an elderberry elixir made from a local man who has a beard (editors note: this is not confirmed as he was over the phone, but he sounded like he had one.) — bottom line, I believe in the power of plants. But… when I woke up with a 103 fever in the midst of the holiday season, Oh was I grateful that God granted us modern medicine (& PTO).
